Sleep is one of the most important things we can focus on (it’s free) when it comes to health, and healing your body.
We have to make it a priority or other factors will force it to be one!! It’s really important to get to bed/sleep around 10:00 PM as certain cleansing cycles (energy cycles/meridians from acupuncture) take place between 10:00 PM and midnight, and if we’re not asleep the janitor will pass us by and we’ll miss out on the healing (so to speak).
